ROSIE’S DAY AT THE BEACH
The women from Rosie’s Place will be joining us for food, fun and the beach on Thursday, July 30th.
Here are some of the ways you can be part of this amazing day:
The women from Rosie’s Place will be joining us for food, fun and the beach on Thursday, July 30th.
Here are some of the ways you can be part of this amazing day:
- Donate new or gently used WARM WEATHER clothing (please no sweaters or winter coats) and accessories (belts, handbags, scarves, etc.) for the boutique;
- Donate travel toiletries;
- Help with setup on the evening prior;
- Come to the beach or serve at the church;
- Make food for the cookout;
- Work the boutique;
- Be part of the cleanup crew on the day of the event.
- Monetary donations are also welcome and appreciated.
- Come join the Parish Life Committee "pizza and salad set up party"

- Come join us on Saturday, July 25 at 5 p.m. for a pizza and salad set up party for Rosie's Day at the Beach! Enjoy food and good company while helping to get the parish hall ready for our visitors from Rosie's Place on July 3oth. Use this LINK to let us know if you are thinking of coming so we can plan on numbers for food.
- Our next committee meeting will be Saturday, July 8 at 10 a.m. The main topic will be the planning of a "Thank You/Best Wishes" Gathering for Sean Glennon. ALL welcomed and new ideas appreciated!
Our invitation to you: Identify any nature setting that is particularly inspiring to you. Notice the vegetation, birds, animals, and note its impact on you. Spend a few extra moments zooming in to see some of the details and specific parts of nature that are adding beauty to that moment in your life. If you have a phone or camera on hand, please send a snap to the office so that we can share your inspiration in nature.

Shore to Shore High Youth Group

Shore to Shore is a two year experiential education and youth leadership program serving racially, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse high-school students from Massachusetts in sustained partnership with youth peers in South Africa. The Massachusetts cohort includes students from public and private high schools and intentionally connects youth from first-generation immigrant families, historically marginalized communities, and more socioeconomically privileged backgrounds who rarely have opportunities to learn alongside one another in structured, supportive environments.

At Saint Andrew’s in Hanover, Massachusetts, services and special events are streamed live, allowing everyone, whether attending in person or online, to be part of the community. This inclusive approach ensures that no one is left out, providing a welcoming space for all to join in worship, reflection, and celebration. Everyone is invited to share in the fellowship and spirit of Saint Andrew’s.

Invite In Jesus
St. Andrews would like the congregation to invite Jesus into their lives and into their homes. Each week Jesus will go home with a parishioner. Show Jesus around your home. Spend time praying with Jesus. Take Jesus on your errands, on a walk in the woods or to your sports outings. After your week with Jesus, you should arrive to church early (9am) and find a hiding spot for Jesus. The next parishioner who is able to find Jesus gets to take him home.

Adventures this past week - Jesus went to South Shore Hospital, Worcester (All Saints), and to the Episcopal City Mission Annual meeting in Worcester. Very Rev. Doug Fisher received the Barbara C. Harris award for leadership and joyfully held Jesus. Jesus is also with statues of St. Francis in anticipation of last Sunday's Blessing of the Animals. He also went to Home Depot! What a full week!
